Name: Elisha Marshall
Where do you currently live? Las Vegas, NV
How far along were you when you found out you were expecting twins? 9 weeks!
Any issues during your pregnancy? My twin pregnancy was extremely fitting until
I hit about 7 months. Then I was struggled with cholestasis. (When your liver doesn't function correctly) A side effect is itchiness.. When really I describe it as an unbareable itch I couldn't resolve! But I was really blessed to have only that problem. Other than that I just struggled with the occasional morning sickness.
Memorable/funny moment when you were pregnant: My Most memorable funny moment when I was pregnant with twins would have to be the day we found out! It was so wild and crazy! Between the constant nervous laugh my husband and I shared that whole day to the scared to death cry I bounced between-it is actually extremely funny to look back on!
Looking back, what is one thing you would tell your pregnant self? To relax and take more belly selfies!! I really do regret only taking 1 selfie at the end! Even though I never felt camera worthy I really wish I had some pictures of my incredible journey..

Are your twins identical? Yes!
Did you have a c-section or natural delivery? I was fortunate enough to have a natural delivery.
I knew the birthing route pretty well seeing as how I had delivered two daughters before these twinsies, and my dr was amazing and knew it would work perfectly as long as my babies cooperated- and sure enough they did. They were born 4 minutes apart and I have to say it was the easiest & shortest labor and delivery I experienced. I went to the hospital after experiencing contractions, was 4 centimeters dilated when I got there at 830am and by the time 2pm hit I was a 10!! So it was fast and amazing. I will never forget how wonderful and special it was to deliver two babies.

Any NICU time? If yes, for what reason and how long? My sons thankfully didn't have to spend any time in the NICU, And we were discharged the following day from the hospital. My twins are amazing little guys from birth!
Did you have any complications after delivery? No complications at all, again so thankful and always feel so blessed!
How long did you stay in the hospital? 24hrs :)
Did your twins stay with you or the hospital nursery at night? My husband and I are very protective, so the babies never left our sight. Lol they stayed with us in the room the whole time!
What are three things you are so glad you had (or wish you would have had) at the hospital? I was comforted at the hospital by having my husband number 1.. Honestly my biggest support system! Number 2 I couldn't of done it with out my Chapstick lol and my own nightgown. No one feels better lying around in hospital gowns! Lol
Describe one of your favorite moments while you were at the hospital: Have to say my absolute all time favorite moment in the hospital was when I got wheeled back into the room after having them to greet my family and my moms! I was feeling so proud to be holding 2 healthy and beautiful babies. I was so proud to show them off and honestly felt amazing after having them, a bit tired but couldn't control my smile. I'm proud to have been blessed to have twins and being a twin mom feels super special.
